My passion for higher education spans over 45 years with 20 years assisting the admissions office at London Business School.

My academic background extends across US, UK and India:
• London Business School (MBA in Finance & Accounting)
• New York University (APC from Stern School of Business)
• Florida Tech (MSc in Applied Mathematics)
• St. Stephen’s College (BA Mathematics Honours & MA in Applied Mathematics)
• The Doon School (ISC in Sciences)

My interests have extended to personally visiting:
• US – Over 30 of the top 50 US universities, including most of the major universities on the East Coast and in California.
• Canada – The 6 leading universities in Canada.
• Europe – A couple of universities in UK, Spain, France and Sweden.

What is more important is the journey with my daughter over the last 9 years.

The first 4 years were planning for her US university admission:
• Against the backdrop of declining grades at school
• Only securing admission to two safety colleges – Grinnell College & UC Santa Barbara
• Being wait list to three dream colleges – Wellesley College, UC Berkeley & Scripps College
• Getting acceptance to the top girls college – Wellesley

The next 4 years at university:
• Transferring to one of the new Ivy League universities – Tufts University in Boston
• Changing her major from Biology to Entrepreneurship (Marketing)
• Graduating with academic honors – Magna cum Laude
• Starting work in marketing with a leading insurance companies in the US (GEICO)

The next year at work:
• Becoming totally financially independent by the age of 23

All this did not happen by chance. It was dedicated effort over 8 years by daughter and me to overcome all challenges to get to the “best fit” university and secure an ideal job with a very good company in the US.

This is the journey I hope to mentor you on to achieve the same success. It can be a wonderful journey with low stress if you plan correctly and execute diligently.
